Warehouse Assistant

Job Requirements

  • SPM & above
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related fields


Key Responsiblities

  1. To record receiving Market Return product from Citylink, SMO & Sales representative
  2. To check RA (Return Advice) against the quantity received and pass to clerk to key in RA into MRS (Market Return System)
  3. To segregate physical product according to the expiry date and condition of the goods
  4. To final check the stock total quantity based on Market Returned Listing.
  5. To paste label on carton and numbering the carton following by Market Return-Short expiry report and Inventory Copy Returned Finished Goods to Warehouse report.
  6. Transfer re-dressed goods & short expiry product (commonly known as Sample) to Finished Goods Store
  7. Check with Finished Goods Warehouse assistant on the stock transfer.
  8. Transfer the expired product to Reject Location for disposal
  9. Perform disposal activities (de-blister, drained off liquid product etc) in a safe manner by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as face mask and gloves.
  10. To monitor & to record daily temperature of Market Return Room.
  11. To do daily housekeeping at Reject Management area.
  12. To understanding the ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 requirement.
  13. To report and update to Head of Department on all matters pertaining to area of responsibility
