Boilerman

Job Requirements

1.         Certificate or Diploma holder in Engineering with Boilerman Certificate Grade 1 or 2.

2.         Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Fire Tube Boiler and Facility Maintenance works.

3.         Able to troubleshoot Plant Steam System and Generation with knowledge in spare part control.


Key Responsiblities

  1. Operate and monitor all utility systems including Boilers, Pharmaceutical Water System, WWTP, Compressors, Nitrogen, LPG and related equipment.
  2. Ensure utilities run efficiently, safely and support production at all times.
  3. Perform daily logbook entries, efficiency reporting and maintain cleanliness of utility areas.
  4. Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and improvement works for mechanical systems.
  5. Coordinate statutory compliance, fire-fighting system maintenance and work with certified vendors.
  6. Ensure all operations follow cGMP, ISO and internal procedures.
  7. Support cross-department problem solving and train junior technicians.
  8. Participate in safety, health, fire-fighting and quality programs.
