Job Requirements

Key Responsiblities

1. Reports to BO Chargeman or Electrical Engineer on all matter pertaining to HT,LV,ELV,BMS,CMS & Fire Protection System operation, Preventive Maintenance, System troubleshoot and daily activities.
2. Diligently complete daily checklist and preventive schedule in timely manner and compile record follow Good Documentation Practice and ISO Standards.
3. To carry out works following Standard Operating Procedures at all time for respective tasks.
4. Support plant maintenance activities on housekeeping, building repair works, masonry, plumbing and electrical works.
5. Able to introduce Work Instruction, SOP, Checklist and Forms for Utility Operation and PM activity.
6. To involve in company assigned training and activities required for self development, knowledge improvement and skill enhancement.
7. Responsible in assuring Electrical Associated equipment e.g Transformer, Switchgear, Distribution Board, Generator, Sub-Switch Board, Motor and Pumps are operating at optimum condition with designated specifications.
8. Proactively share information and interact with other department by rendering support toward problem solving and cross-functional works.
9. Provide support and participate in GMP self-inspection program and training.
10. Involve in activities related to local and foreign GMP audits preparation and support works.
11. Work closely with other departments in the plant to achieve cost reduction and other company objective plans.
12. Volunteer participation in activities pertaining to Safety & Health, BOMBA, Fire Fighting and Quality Assurance programs organized by the company.
13. To ensure all company properties under the custody or general amenities are not vandalized. 
14. Strictly follow current company rules and regulation enforce in timely needs.
15. To be self-sufficient and initiative in acquiring latest Pharmaceutical Engineering practice and job related needs to obtain statutory license as qualified Chargeman A0, A1, A4, B0 and B4.
