Digital Media Coordinator

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree qualification
  • Basic communication skills (spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia) and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, etc.


Key Responsiblities

  1. Responsible of executing and implementing instructions given by the superior and/or head of department.
  2. Responsible of uphold, execute and compliance according to the Quality Management System, current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practice, occupational Safety and Health, Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Rules and Regulations, Company’s core values and other policies imposed from time to time.
  3. Responsible of Digital Media Department’s administration, inclusive of timely filing of documents either in softcopy (digital format) or hardcopy with proper labelling and tidiness in the designated cabinet and folders at all times to facilitate traceability.
  4. To strictly observe confidentiality of department’s information.
  5. Reconciles the department's financial transactions on a monthly basis.
  6. General Administrative and clerical assistance such as copying, scanning, plan & coordinate department’s travelling logistic, minutes taking for department’s meeting and etc.
  7. Responsible to coordinate and manage the BigLink’s daily packing and delivering together with Logistic Department.
  8. Manage BigLink customer service support and resolve inquiries/issues through effective and timely use of email, backend communication function, phone, social media and etc.
  9. Administration of outdoor medias payment process. To review, compile the maintenance/photo reports of outdoor medias and process the invoice, record in the payment log in order to complete the payment cycle.  
  10. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  11. To build and maintain good professional working relationship with employees at all levels.
  12. To carry out any other tasks as and when required by the superior and/or head of department.
