Laboratory Technician (Formulation)

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree related to pharmaceutical science & engineering.
  • 1 - 2 years experience in R&D formulation development.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply


Key Responsiblities

 

  1. To check and receive sufficient samples of products for stability studies are initiated and thereafter monitored and tested according to the Guideline. Monitoring is through the Electronic Master Calendar.
  2. To check daily, the proper running and good housekeeping of the stability chambers, and to record in the logbook. 
  3. To check the “Remote Monitoring Data” of the chambers daily at the start and end of each day, for the proper functioning of data received and to ensure the data are within pre-set limits.
  4. To periodically arrange for good housekeeping of all the stability chambers and proper disposal of batches which have completed the stability study
  5. To assist in documentation and report preparation and compilation.
  6. To handle product disposal of expired materials as required. (Waste Management).
  7. To assist in managing stability study program including the initiating of stability studies for T and B batch. Master calendar update, monitoring of stability reports and any other stability related matter.
  8. Ensure compliance to PIC/S, GMP, GLP, GSP, GDP and ISO guidelines.
  9. Ensure strict compliance to the company’s Quality Policy, Environment, Safety and Health Policy.
