IPQC Inspector
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in QA/QC in production plant.
- Diploma in science.
- Basic understanding of science of QC
Key Responsiblities
- To ensure being trained and qualified before carried out any activity.
- To perform In process testing during production in accordance with analytical test methods and specifications for IPQC mention in related IPQC or Production document.
- Sampling product for intermediates and finished product for QC testing.
- Ensure that cleanliness of the IPQC equipment and room compliance to GMP practice and requirements.
- Control the quality of product in quality control functional capacity.
- Checks the intermediate sample to fit with in the IPQC specification to release for next process.
- To perform inspection at regular interval during manufacturing to ensure compliance of GMP requirements.
- Ensure that documents of IPQC result completed in accordance with good documentation practice during the manufacturing process, filling and packaging process.
- Ensure the filling and packaging process must complies with specification provided.
- Inspect and ensure proper ‘coding’ process and proper packaging.
- Assist IPQC Supervisor / Senior IPQC Supervisor in all aspects to control products quality.
- Ensure good manufacturing practices are always complied with and report to Supervisor/ Senior IPQC Supervisor / Senior Chemist immediately if non-compliance occurs during inspection or production process.
- Authorize to Stop the process whenever there is non-compliance occurs during inspection and production process and inform the line Supervisor/Line Manager/ Section Manager.
- Responsible to participate in any activities pertaining to training, safety, first-aid and fire-fighting organized by the company for the benefit of personnel and company
