QC Lab Compliance Executive

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree or Master in Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, Biochemistry or any science related course.
  2. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a Quality Control or compliance-related role, preferably within a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, or food).
  3. Experience with regulatory audits, inspections, and ensuring compliance with standards (e.g., GMP, GLP, ICH).


Key Responsiblities

  1. Ensure QC laboratory activities comply with GMP, GLP, and other relevant regulations.
  2. Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, support regulatory inspections, ensure readiness, and manage any follow-up activities related to findings or non-conformances.
  3. Ensure proper maintenance of quality control documentation, including test protocols, procedures, and validation records.
  4. Review and approve QC lab documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  5. Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory guidelines and industry standards, ensuring that the QC laboratory remains in compliance with any updates.
  6. Identify, investigate, and document any deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
  7. Prepare and submit compliance reports, audit responses, and regulatory documentation to management.
