Documentation Coordinator

Job Requirements

1. Basic knowledge & experience in handling DCC and training related tasks.

2. Bachelor's Degree

3. Good communication skills, basic Microsoft knowledge


Key Responsiblities

Training Unit

1. To assist in monitoring of yearly training schedule status for internal and external training

2. To coordinate and arrange for internal training program.

3  To assist in coordination of the info-sharing session to ensure knowledge and skill are well share among related staff of inter or intra department.

4  To ensure safekeeping of all controlled documents, books, training material, training record and external publication materials.

5  To ensure training related to SOPs is conducted as per training procedure, and all records are checked and maintained.

6  To assist in monitoring of training record, training evaluation, Department Training Program (DTP) are fulfilled with company policy and internal requirement.

7  To assist in update and safekeeping individual training file for QA staffs.

8  To ensure data captured in Training Record System for each training is correctly recorded, verified, updated and maintained as per internal procedure.

 

Documentation Unit

1. Daily Document Change Notice processing, reviewing, verification, publication, and approval signatory arrangement.

2.  Complete document initiation, generation of signed-off document and document verification are within stipulated timeline.

3. Document distribution and retrieval of preceding revision to prevent its inadvertent use of an obsoleted document.

4. Keep documents in its current revision, regularly update the documents master list, and maintained for its traceability.

5 Filing & safekeeping of documents (both in hard and soft copy) in respective storage areas or media, included function-related records archiving & their disposition.

6  The cleanliness and tidiness of workstation, filing cabinets and archive room are regularly cleaned-up and maintained.

7  Reference documents that related to PIC/S GMP and ISO QMS are maintained and updated.
