Production Line Technician

Job Requirements

  • Prefer to have working experience in Pharma, Food or Electrical field.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience.
  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical / Mechatronics.


Key Responsiblities

1. Ensure machine readiness and smooth operation of manufacturing, filling, and packing lines to meet production targets.
2. Perform dispensing, manufacturing, filling, or packing activities in accordance with SOPs and assigned duties.
3. Operate, set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines/equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
4. Monitor machine conditions, detect abnormalities, and initiate corrective actions including stopping the line when necessary.
5. Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, hygiene, gowning, and cross-contamination prevention practices.
6. Maintain accurate documentation (e.g., BMR, BPR, logbooks) in compliance with Good Documentation Practice.
7. Perform line clearance, cleaning, sanitization, and ensure proper storage of equipment and materials.
8. Coordinate with IPQC Inspector to ensure in-process quality meets required specifications.
9. Manage yield calculation, reconciliation, and proper handling/disposal of rejects and wastage.
10. Support equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
11. Participate in training, maintain discipline, teamwork, and comply with company policies including overtime when required.
