Product & Development Executive

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Pharmacy, Applied Science, Science Nutrition or any related discipline.
2. Excellance communication skills (spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia) and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsiblities

1. Product Development (OEM)
1.1 Assist RPD Manager/Assistant RPD Manager in coordinating the new product development/product quality improvement for nutrition products with contract manufacturers.
1.2 Responsible for the maintenance of contract manufacturer’s related certification records (halal cert, QMS, registration license, etc.)
1.3 Assist in coordinating documentation request for registration with respective contract manufacturer.
1.4 Liaise with relevant department to confirm and/or finalize the agreements for contract manufacturing activities. Retain a copy of the signed agreements and ensure all agreements are in force for all active contract manufacturers.
1.5 Ensure all correspondence and records for contract manufacturing is properly filed for easy reference and traceability.
1.6 Provide supporting information to marketing team for OEM product launching/enquiries reply.
1.7 Issue memo to related departments for update relevant to OEM products.

2. Product Development (Artwork and packaging development)
2.1 Assist RPD Manager/Assistant RPD Manager in the planning and follow up on the related packaging materials to ensure timely launch of new products.
2.2 To ensure the content of all printed packaging material complies with the current regulatory requirement (for local as well as overseas)
2.3 Assist in coordinating design artwork (new and existing packaging, country specific design), colour tolerance and proof read of all printed packaging materials.
2.4 Responsible in providing update to relevant department when there’s a major change for the packaging materials (e.g. dimension, pack size etc.).
2.5 Ensure proper filing for all artwork, packaging color tolerance, product brochures and other information for easy reference and traceability.
2.6 Assist in technical briefing to suppliers on specifications packaging materials.
2.7 To maintain a list of “country level – including local” packaging requirement and ensure the list is updated from time to time.

3. Others
3.1 Responsible for regulatory matters for related countries/projects (new registration, renewal, variation, correspondence/input request, filling, updates) within the agreed timeline.
3.2 To comply and work towards meeting the company’s quality policy; health, safety and environment objectives and policies; and quality system requirements.
3.3 To complies Good Documentation Practice.
3.4 To participate in internal quality audit and other relevant audit.
3.5 To execute any other instruction from superior.
