The Board of Directors of KOTRA wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting to be convened for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate").
A Circular to Shareholders containing information on the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the shareholders of KOTRA in due course.
